Charlie's Cove will accept returns under the following conditions:

Items that will not be accepted:

Stationary items are not returnable. this includes:

 Stickers, greeting cards, and bookmarkers. If there are any issues with your order please contact us.

All Merchandise being returned:

• Need a copy of the packing  slip/return label.
• Tags must be attach, merchandise in original condition and unworn.
• Reason for the return. 
• The buyer is reasonable for packing the return. For example if a box or envelope is needed you must provide.
• Customers have 30 days to return. 

Damaged Merchandise:

If a product arrives damaged please inform Charlie's Cove right way!

In your email please let us know how the product was damaged. 

It may be possible to replace the item or refund.
